Real sustainable construction

Sustainability is central to our culture, both in the products we build and the way we run our business. We are an accredited Investors In People employer and we recognise the importance of training and staff development to enable us to tackle the increasing challenges that modern construction presents.

Allenbuild Ltd South East realise we have a corporate responsibility to protect the environment and act in a professional way. Good site practice is promoted via the Considerate Constructors Scheme and a sustainable purchasing strategy is in place. Waste management and environmental impact are monitored and conform with all present legislation.

Our approach to sustainability is based on the Code of Sustainable Homes, Renewable Energy and BREEAM following a design led construction process and the use of in-house specialist knowledge, the client can be assured of a truly sustainable end product.
