Burnt Oak Broadway Housing   Location: Brent Value: £9.3m Client: Genesis Housing Duration: Works has commenced on a negotiated £9.3m new build affordable residential scheme for Genesis Housing Group. The design and build contract in Brent comprises, the site clearance of a former garage and petrol filling station, construction of a 53-unit residential development with ground floor commercial units and basement car parking facilities. The six-storey project will provide a mix of one and two-bed apartments for rent. The upper floors will be stepped back to create a tiered elevation to Burnt Oak Broadway, with a series of private and communal balconies. The art deco style design features two glazed staircases at either end of the building, which will incorporate vertical sheets of glass.   Project Images
