Allenbuild sourced the land for this £7.0m development. The proposal was taken to the Client, London and Quadrant, who agreed the purchase with the existing owner of the factory.
The site is of particular interest to the planners and local community as it includes a number of live works units.
Work includes the construction of 50 resident units, 10 live-works units and 7 commercial units.
