The development provides 113,000 sq ft of high quality office and ground floor retail space within Wythenshawe Regeneration Area.
This is part of the overall £100m regeneration of Wythenshawe town centre where St Modwen Plc are working in partnership with Manchester City Council to deliver the scheme.
It Involves the design and building of a mixture of three and four storey sections of the building. Construction is steel framed around a pre-cast central cores with Forticrete Split Faced Polished block and flat cladding to elevations and aluminium double glazed windows to all elevations. The office space is “Shell Only”.
External works include access road, car parking and landscaping.
