This scheme comprises the construction of a three storey steel framed building incorporating curtain walling and brickwork to elevations.
Internally, the three storey media facility consists of a foyer/exhibition gallery at the entrance with music practice and teaching studios and rooms to the ground floor. At first floor further teaching rooms are provided with a two storey high 300 seater lecture /performance theatre. Offices and further teaching rooms are provided around the perimeter of the third level. All rooms are fully soundproofed and acoustically designed for optimum performance.
The new Cornerstone Phase 4 project has been completed at the heart of the Cornerstone campus. Careful planning liaison and security measures were implemented to ensure minimal disruption to Campus life and to ensure a safe environment was maintained at all times for the existing adjacent church.
