Description

A 5 year programme of external refurbishment, internal modernisation and up-grading of nurses accommodation for UCLH.

Works included a complete external façade clean and repair, including full sash window overhaul and redecoration; reinstatement of existing roof coverings; careful isolation and removal of asbestos. The complete overhaul and refurbishment of all existing lifts and mechanical & electrical systems.

All structures were Grade II listed buildings and have been restored with great care and dedication.

All rooms were occupied necessitating a careful sequence of programming to decant and relocate existing tenants whilst the works were being undertaken.
