Description

Stabilisation and restoration of 16 Nr. historic Georgian terraces above retail units and 1 Nr. to the Duke of Clarence public house.

This Grade II building was in a state of disrepair. A temporary roof was erected during works to fully re-tile and make watertight the structure.

To create a stable building the entire structure was surveyed and repaired. Many existing fittings and timber work were salvaged and retained for reinstatement in the construction.
