Description

The design, construction and full fit-out to provide a single-storey new Fracture Clinic of approximately 465m² of new construction and 27m² of converted accommodation.

The building was constructed within an existing open courtyard and all work was undertaken whilst the hospital was fully operational.

The existing services were duly maintained whilst the new building services were installed and fully integrated with the existing services providing the main hospital.

A bespoke reception facility was provided, together with consultation rooms and a patient waiting area.
