Description

The works involved the demolition of the existing structures, the removal of any contaminated soil and waste including Japanese knotweed, general site clearance and the construction of a new showroom, workshops including MOT testing area and offices for Audi motor cars, with space for car parking.

Reinforced concrete slabs from the basement to the ground floor and upwards with structured steelworks with metal cladding.

Works undertaken under the JCT IFC 98 form of contract.
